A rainbow man figural candy container in excellent condition, no broken parts. It was made by the A. Apel & Sohne company of Oberlind, Germany. Probably made for the Schrafft's chocolate company. It is made of pressed paper and handpainted. The bottom plug was used from an old box and has printing on it from an old moth ball box. Measures 5 3/4" high and 2 3/4" wide. Problably from around the 1930's. These were never used and found in shipping crates in Germany. Purchased in Germany. Check this link to see more documentation about these containers.
